DAYTON, OH – Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) has signed a lease agreement with Mills-Morgan Properties, Ltd. for new office space located at 3725 Pentagon Boulevard, Beavercreek, Ohio. IAI’s offices are located in the College Park III building which is on the north side of the College Park campus, easily accessible from interstate 675 and close to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and industry partners. IAI took possession of the new office space on November 1.
IAI will initially occupy 2,742 rentable square feet of office space. The company has secured right of first refusal for the remaining 23,038 rentable square feet on the second floor of the College Park building. IAI will grow into the second floor expansion space as continued Dayton business opportunities present themselves. IAI will move from its current temporary office location on Oak Court in Beavercreek into the new College Park office facility in mid-November.
Concurrent with this move, Paul H. Issler, a former NASIC Deputy Group Commander and career intelligence officer, has joined the Dayton team as director of advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs and program manager of IAI’s technical intelligence services sector. Paul’s areas of expertise include signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, ballistic missile intelligence, airborne ISR operations, collection operations, and operational and strategic planning. Prior to his retirement as a Colonel, Paul was Chief, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division at the Pacific Air Forces Air and Space Operations Center at Joint Base Pearl-Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. As Deputy Commander of NASIC’s Space and Missiles Group from 2009 to 2011, Paul was responsible for coordinating the activities of over 400 government, military and civilian intelligence professionals. Other career highlights include program management for the Air Force’s $4.6 billion RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft fleet within the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, the Pentagon, Washington DC. Paul is a Dayton native and a graduate of the Air Force Institute of Technology, the Naval Postgraduate School and Wright State University.
