Chantilly, Virginia – Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) announced today that it has signed a ten year lease agreement with I&G Mission Ridge, LLC for a new headquarters building. Under the terms of the lease agreement, IAI will take 71,227 square feet of office space in the Mission Ridge One building located at 15020 Conference Center Drive in Chantilly, Virginia.
Mission Ridge One is a Silver LEED rated building. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. Environmentally friendly LEED rated buildings are discriminators for applicants, employees and customers alike.
IAI has retained Brian Knode of Facilities Design and Construction Consulting LLC to provide owner representation services for the construction of IAI’s new headquarters building. The firm of Kishimoto.Gordon.Dalaya PC (KGD) has been selected to provide interior design services.
IAI’s current lease for its Parkstone Drive campus headquarters facility will expire in May 2012. Occupancy of the new Mission Ridge One building is planned for May 1, 2012.
