BEAVERCREEK, OH – Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) was named one of the Dayton Business Journal’s 2016 Best Places to Work in an awards ceremony held on April 21, 2016 at the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center in Dayton, Ohio. IAI was one of nine companies selected in the medium employer category (50-249 employees) that was recognized for the high quality workplace that the company creates and sustains. This is the 12th year that the Dayton Business Journal has honored Dayton area companies whose employees voted as the region’s Best Places to Work.
The Best Places to Work survey was administered by Quantum Research. Quantum Research surveys employees of nominated companies on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best-practices. The results of the employee surveys are then tallied and the companies are ranked from highest score to lowest within each size category. All told, 210 companies were evaluated in one of four categories – micro, small, medium and large. IAI ranked as the third best medium company in the Dayton area based on survey feedback received from IAI employees.
“It’s our great people who make IAI so successful,” said David J. Dzaran, President and Chief Executive Officer of IAI. “Our strategy has always been to hire the best of the best and then to create opportunities for people to learn and grow so they can attain their career ambitions. This philosophy has led to one of the best retention rates in our industry and to a workforce that is engaged and committed to our customers’ mission success. We are honored to be recognized by the Dayton Business Journal for the work environment IAI has created and the success we have achieved.”
Thursday night’s Best Places to Work awards ceremony at the Schuster Center took the form of a pep rally which was in keeping with top tier workplaces where people enjoy the people they work with and trust the people they work for. Danielle Shatrich, IAI Program Operations Intern, accepted recognition from the Dayton Business Journal on IAI’s behalf.
