Chantilly, Virginia – On May 21, Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) opened its new Mission Ridge One corporate headquarters at 15020 Conference Center Drive in Chantilly, VA. The 79,580 square foot IAI Mission Ridge One facility will ensure that IAI will be able continue to serve the growing needs of its customers as the company surpasses 500 employees nationwide. Mission Ridge One will house all of IAI’s D.C. Metro-area corporate employees as a well as those employees providing customer-site support to the Government.
“IAI prides itself on providing above and beyond support to the Government while giving our valued employees a world class facility to provide that support,” said Joseph L. Brickey, IAI Chairman and CEO. “Our new corporate headquarters not only continues that tradition, but sets the bar even higher.”
Mission Ridge One features the 9,004 square-foot James T. Mannen Conference Center – which is capable of holding 207 seated or 120 at training tables. It also houses the IAI Innovative Technology Center (IITC) and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center.
Mission Ridge One is a Silver LEED rated building. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. Environmentally friendly LEED rated buildings are discriminators for applicants, employees and customers alike.
Mission Ridge One replaces IAI’s Parkstone Drive campus, which served as the company’s corporate headquarters since August 2000 one year after its founding in 1999. IAI signed a 10-year lease agreement with I&G Mission Ridge, LLC for Mission Ridge one in July 2011. IAI retained Brian Knode of Facilities Design and Construction Consulting LLC to provide owner representation services for the construction and the firm of Kishimoto.Gordon.Dalaya PC (KGD) was selected to provide interior design services.
