2014 Spacecraft Anomalies and Failures Workshop – Act II – “Solutions for Attribution”
The Spacecraft Anomalies and Failures Workshop – Act II has been organized to provide a comprehensive look at potential solutions for attribution. Environmental and system triggers for anomalies and failures will be covered in detail. Case studies of how some operators have dealt with unknown anomalies and failures will be reviewed to provide a unique engineering context. Several keynotes are slated to contribute special industry-wide perspectives. Lastly, evolving solutions for aiding in the anomaly/failure attribution challenge will be presented. Ample time will be provided during, between, and after the 30 presentations to discuss. It is anticipated that there will be well over 100 attendees from government, industry, and academia for this gathering.
