IAI Continues Dayton Expansion

CHANTILLY, VA – Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) has announced the hiring of Michael Ronayne and Kristen Maddox to facilitate the Virginia-based company’s continued expansion into Dayton, Ohio and the surrounding area.
Ronayne, who lives in Xenia, was the first-ever Command Chief for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. As Command Chief, Ronayne helped shape mission requirements, budgets, and personnel actions for NASIC. A well-known leader in the community, Ronayne maintains an active relationship with NASIC and Air Force Intelligence Community leaders.

Maddox, a Dayton resident, has more than 15 years of experience in program and proposal management and technical documentation development. She has served as a proposal manager, proposal coordinator, volume lead, or editor on more than 100 proposals ranging in complexity from engineering change proposals to $600M IDIQ proposals.
IAI provides specialized technical support in system engineering, system integration, system acquisition, software integration, visualization and modeling and simulation expertise to System Program Offices, Enterprise System Engineering activities, operational elements, and other organizations across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.

IAI has specific domain expertise in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems including radar, electro-optical /infrared and MASINT payloads, product quality analysis, PCPAD (Planning, Collection, Processing, Analysis, and Dissemination), imagery-based geo-positioning and targeting, photogrammetric analysis, Service Oriented Architectures, unmanned systems, cyber security, operations and special communications systems.
