CHANTILLY, VA – Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) is pleased to announce that we have completed our transition to the newer ISO 9001:2015 quality standard as of May 13, 2018. The ISO 9001 quality standard is an internationally recognized quality certification that covers all critical front and back office business processes at the company.
IAI has been an ISO 9001 quality certified organization since 2015. The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and commitment of top management, the identification and mitigation of risks, and continual seeking of opportunities for improvement. The goal of the ISO 9001 quality certification is to ensure that IAI’s Government and commercial customers receive consistently high quality products and services.
Certification required that IAI work closely with an accredited third party auditing organization to thoroughly review the company’s internal quality management system processes to ensure we are capable of consistently delivering products and services that meet customers’ needs and expectations. The IAI team responsible for the company’s recertification completed their recertification and upgrade efforts more than six months ahead of schedule.
According to the International Organization for Standardization, there are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps IAI to demonstrate our commitment to excellence in delivering quality and innovation to our Government and commercial customers.
