BEAVERCREEK, OH – On December 5, 2014, Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) closed on a new lease agreement with Mills-Morgan Properties for the expansion and extension of the Company’s existing lease at the College Park III building in Beavercreek, Ohio. The first amendment to the existing lease agreement expands IAI’s offices from 2,742 rentable square feet (RSF) to 10,021 RSF. Included within the provisions of the lease agreement are plans to construct a new lobby, server room, perimeter walls and controlled areas within the 7,279 RSF expansion space. Construction will take place in two phases. Phase I construction started on December 22 for the construction of the new lobby, server room and perimeter walls. Phase II construction will address controlled area improvements and will begin later this year.
“Expanding IAI’s Beavercreek office and opening up additional office space is part of IAI’s plan to grow new work in the Dayton Ohio area,” said Robert D. Thomas, Vice President of the Company’s Analytical Services business area. “IAI’s focus on innovation and on providing our customers with ready now people and solutions are driving our plans for current and future growth in the Miami Valley. IAI’s expanded Beavercreek offices will facilitate that growth and support further expansion and new customer opportunities.”
IAI’s new lease agreement will begin upon completion of Phase I construction in early January 2015 and run for an eight year period with two additional three year options to renew. As part of its lease agreement with Millis-Morgan Properties, IAI has secured right of first refusal for the remainder of the second floor as well as additional first floor expansion space to accommodate the Company’s future growth plans.
