IAI is seeking intelligent, creative self-starters who are majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related disciplines for technical internship opportunities. These are full-time paid internship opportunities awarded on a competitive basis.
IAI’s Technical Intern Program is designed to provide rising undergraduate juniors and seniors, or graduate level students with challenging and meaningful work experiences that contribute to IAI’s business success. Selected candidates will be provided with hands-on experience working as a consultant to members of one of our software or systems engineering teams. In doing so, we will assess the potential of each participant for either a return internship or for regular, full-time employment with IAI upon graduation.
Due to the nature of work IAI performs and the customers we support most of our contracts require either an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one. Please click here for more information on government security clearance eligibility requirements.
IAI will develop a series of assignments with specific parameters and deliverables. The assignments will take into account the intern’s background and match it to both the intern’s personal needs and interests as well as to the needs of IAI. Interns will be assessed throughout their assignments on their performance and their ability to make a contribution to IAI in the future, either as a return summer intern or as a full-time employee. You will be challenged, but we expect you to succeed!
