Medical Benefits
Your medical, or health insurance, benefits are among the most valuable of employee benefits options, providing significant support for and protection against potentially big financial expenses. Comprehensive individual and family medical benefits are paid in full by IAI.
Prescription Drug Benefits
IAI's company-paid prescription drug coverage provides you and your family with both brand-name and generic medications either by at home delivery or through your local pharmacy. Our prescription drug benefits are generous with minimal employee co-pays.
Dental Benefits
IAI's company-paid dental benefits provide for both preventative and restorative coverage and are an important part of the comprehensive benefits package provided to you and your family by IAI.
Vision Benefits
IAI employees and their families receive significantly reduced preferred pricing on eye examinations, glasses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery through an extensive network of participating optometrists and laser surgeons.
Flexible Spending Account
FSAs help you pay health care and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. IAI pre-funds your FSA with $1,200. You can allocate IAI's contribution to either/or the Health Care FSA or the Dependent Care FSA. You can also contribute additional pre-tax dollars to either account.
401(k) Savings Plan
You can participate in IAI's 401(k) Savings Plan immediately upon hire. All employees receive a monthly company contribution of 6% of their earnings into their 401(k) Savings Plan account. And if you contribute 4% of your monthly pre-tax dollars, IAI matches your contribution which makes your savings grow even faster. The total IAI contribution into your 401(k) Savings Plan can be as high as 10% of your W-2 earnings. Most importantly, you are always 100% vested in both IAI's contributions and your contributions.
IAI places your retirement dollars into a Charles Schwab self-directed brokerage account. Charles Schwab provides you a host of investment options from which you may select the investments choices that work the best for you and your family.
Life and AD&D Insurance
IAI provides you with important safety net benefits such as life insurance and AD&D insurance to help protect you, your loved ones and your family in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Company-paid life and AD&D benefits offer protection of two times your annual salary of up to $500,000. IAI regular employees are immediately eligible for company-paid life insurance and AD&D insurance benefits upon hire. You may also purchase optional life and AD&D coverage for you and your family at IAI's low group rates. You'll feel secure with IAI's Life and AD&D insurance.
Sick Leave and Disability Insurance Benefits
IAI employees are immediately eligible for sick leave, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage. Regular employees accrue 5 sick days each year and participate in a generous company-paid disability plan which provides for income replacement of up to 60% of your salary or $8,000 for each month of disability.
Long Term Care Insurance
IAI offers you company-paid long-term care insurance that provides for nursing care, assisted living care and professional home care assistance with the optional ability to extend the benefit, with medical underwriting, to spouses, adult children, siblings, parents (in-law) and grandparents (in-law) ages 18 to 80.
Adoption / Infertility Assistance Program
IAI helps you in times of need. We offer a lifetime maximum of $2,500 to help offset adoption-related fees and/or the cost of infertility treatments not covered under IAI's health insurance plan.
Vacation and Holidays
IAI employees receive ten paid holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King's Birthday, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans' Day; Thanksgiving Day; and, Christmas Day. IAI employees receive paid vacation based on years of service and can accrue up to 20 days annually.

IAI is pleased to provide confidential Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) benefits for you and your family. MetroChek
Employees who use public transportation to commute from home to work can receive up to $115 per month tax-free in IAI-provided public transportation vouchers through the MetroChek program.
